A Bit About Me
I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist who feels deeply grateful to do this work. I learned Spanish through the generosity and loving patience of the people I lived alongside while in Chile, an experience that continues to shape how I listen, connect, and show up in the therapy room. I earned my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from San Diego State University, where I trained in their bilingual Spanglish track and traveled to Mexico City to study with therapists working within their own communities and cultural contexts.
I’ve lived in Tahoe for the past four years and feel deeply connected to this place and the people in it. I value collaboration with other local clinicians and community-minded folks, and I currently also provide therapy services at Kings Beach Elementary, supporting students and their families. I feel lucky every day to support people as they navigate growth, healing, and change.
